1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of SetItAll. By using the website, joining the early-access list, creating an account, or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The SetItAll service

SetItAll provides tools for creating private lists, shared lists, assignment lists, tasks, due dates, recurring tasks, notifications, and group activity. Features may change as SetItAll is developed. The early-access service may be incomplete, may contain errors, and may not be available at all times.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping access credentials and verification codes private, and activity that occurs through your account. You may not impersonate another person, create an account using information you are not authorized to use, or attempt to access another account.

4. Lists, group content, and invitations

You keep responsibility for the content you add to SetItAll. You should only add personal information, invite people, or share list content when you have permission to do so. Content in a shared or assignment list may be visible to its members, and activity may appear in the list history or notifications.

SetItAll may process, store, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate the features you use. You grant SetItAll the limited permission needed to do that.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use SetItAll to:

• Break the law, violate another person’s rights, or create a safety risk.
• Upload malware, spam, abusive material, or content that you do not have the right to share.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or unlawfully monitor another person.
• Probe, scan, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service as the sole backup for important records or as a substitute for professional advice.

6. Notifications and third-party services

Notifications and reminders depend on device settings, permissions, network connectivity, and third-party delivery services. SetItAll cannot guarantee that every notification will arrive on time. The service may link to or rely on third-party services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Early access, pricing, and availability

Joining the early-access list is currently free. Any future paid features or subscription terms will be presented before they apply. We may suspend, change, or discontinue an early-access feature, and we may limit access to protect the service or its users.

8. Ownership

SetItAll and its software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by SetItAll or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law. We work to keep SetItAll useful, secure, and available, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. To the extent permitted by law, SetItAll will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-data damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
